About the Role

We’re seeking a passionate, degree qualified Early Childhood Teacher who wants more than just a teaching role, someone who wants to be heard, supported, and valued as a professional.

As our ECT, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Lead and influence curriculum and practice
Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and your team
Work in a centre that respects professional judgement and prioritises quality over compliance

About You

You’re an enthusiastic and reflective educator who:

Is genuinely passionate about early learning and child development
Enjoys collaborating with others and contributing ideas
Values strong relationships with children and families
Wants to grow professionally in a supportive environment

Requirements

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
Current Working with Children Check
First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging, age‑appropriate learning experiences
Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Lead and contribute to high‑quality programming and documentation
Build strong partnerships with families
Observe, assess, and reflect on children’s learning and development
