Job description

Apple is seeking a Community Specialist to grow Apple product and service sales within authorised partner stores in Belconnen.

The role combines customer service, product demonstrations, partner-staff training, merchandising and sales. You will help customers understand Apple solutions, create Apple brand advocates and maintain Apple standards within a multi-brand retail environment.

The available Belconnen position is part-time at approximately 29 hours per week, scheduled Thursday to Sunday.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in authorised Apple reseller stores
Explain Apple products and services and help customers make informed choices
Deliver individual and group product demonstrations
Help customers set up new Apple products
Educate partner-store staff on Apple products and services
Build Apple brand advocates within partner stores
Increase sales while delivering outstanding customer service
Maintain Apple fixtures and merchandising standards
