Join Reddam Early Learning School (ELS) in Lindfield as a Casual Early Childhood Educator, where you’ll help shape the foundational years of children aged 1-5 through a rich, inquiry-based curriculum inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy.

Located just a 5-minute walk from Lindfield Station, our purpose-built centre offers state-of-the-art facilities and a nurturing environment where educators and children thrive together.

As a casual educator (2-5 days per week), you’ll work alongside passionate colleagues to deliver meaningful learning experiences that foster independence, creativity, and a love of discovery. You’ll support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development through play-based and child-led learning.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with Room Leaders to implement an innovative, inquiry-driven curriculum.
  • Observe and document children’s development to support personalised learning.
  • Create safe, engaging indoor and outdoor environments that promote exploration.
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with families and involve them in their child’s learning journey.
  • Work as part of a reflective, inclusive team culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute fresh ideas.

You’re a nurturing, curious, and collaborative educator who values each child’s unique potential. You bring creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for early learning.

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be actively working towards it).
  • ACECQA-approved qualifications.
  • A valid Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one).
  • Strong understanding of inquiry-based and child-led learning.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexible casual shifts (2-5 days/week).
