Active Kids Group is seeking passionate and qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our supportive teams across multiple centres in Sydney, including Bondi, Vaucluse, North Bondi, Homebush, Narwee, Moore Park, Newtown, Woollahra, and Edgecliff.

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging learning programs that support children’s development
• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
• Build strong relationships with families and collaborate on individual learning needs
• Observe, document, and respond to children’s development and interests
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and quality standards
• Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Minimum 12 months’ experience in a long day care or community-based setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for early childhood education
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Current Working With Children Check
• Legal right to work in Australia
