As our ECT, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Values strong relationships with children and families
  • Wants to grow professionally in a supportive environment

Requirements

  • Current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Lead and contribute to high‑quality programming and documentation
  • Build strong partnerships with families
  • Observe, assess, and reflect on children’s learning and development

What We Offer

  • A friendly, supportive team that genuinely feels like family
  • Competitive, negotiable salary recognising experience and qualifications
  • Ongoing professional development and mentoring
  • A centre culture that values ECT voice, leadership, and wellbeing
  • The chance to make a real, meaningful impact every day
