About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate, degree qualified Early Childhood Teacher who wants more than just a teaching role, someone who wants to be heard, supported, and valued as a professional.
As our ECT, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Lead and influence curriculum and practice
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and your team
- Work in a centre that respects professional judgement and prioritises quality over compliance
About You
You’re an enthusiastic and reflective educator who:
- Is genuinely passionate about early learning and child development
- Enjoys collaborating with others and contributing ideas
- Values strong relationships with children and families
- Wants to grow professionally in a supportive environment
Requirements
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging, age‑appropriate learning experiences
- Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Lead and contribute to high‑quality programming and documentation
- Build strong partnerships with families
- Observe, assess, and reflect on children’s learning and development
